1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the kkbd1 platform — including its casino games, cricket betting, slots, crash games, and live casino offerings — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and kkbd1.

3. Account Registration & Security

Creating a kkbd1 account is straightforward, but players carry full responsibility for safeguarding their account credentials. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player may register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per player, household, or shared IP address are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kkbd1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbd1 platform. Engaging in any of these actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud, including but not limited to identity theft, use of stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, or the submission of false KYC documents.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the kkbd1 platform to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or against the platform itself.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that damages the integrity of gameplay.
• Registering or permitting any person under the age of 21 to use your kkbd1 account. Account holders are fully responsible for ensuring minors cannot access their accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the kkbd1 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, video streams, sound effects, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkbd1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkbd1 platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kkbd1 platform without our express prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkbd1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, its games, or any content therein. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or any financial losses incurred through gameplay.

• kkbd1 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.
• kkbd1 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, game errors, or connection issues that are outside of our direct control. Where a game round is affected by a technical error, kkbd1 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, refund affected stakes.
• The maximum aggregate liability of kkbd1 to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

kkbd1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time frame as requested by kkbd1's compliance team.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring kkbd1 to freeze or close the account in question.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonuses and pending withdrawal fees will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no fraud investigation is pending.
